Processing time
- Orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed.
- Please note that during high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping methods and delivery times
Average time: 8 – 16 days business days, depending on destination.
Delivery times may vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Please note that these timeframes do not include order processing times.
There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped. All you need to do is send us an email in vibe@gnvibe.com with the subject line "CANCEL".
Order tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
International shipping
We are proud to offer international shipping to select countries. Please note:
- Delivery times for international orders may vary based on customs processing in the destination country.
Undeliverable packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect, we will notify you promptly. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
Incorrect address
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.
Damaged item
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.
If this happens to you, please contact us with:
- Your order number.
- A picture of the damaged product.
Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
